Facility: Small Gym above the Swimming pool.

Day: Saturday

What to wear: LPN HOODY/ LPN T-SHIRT must be worn to all sessions

Footwear: Girls must wear sports trainers to session (converse and plimsolls are not suitable)

Waterbottles: Girls must bring a waterbottle to every session.

Parents/Guardians must remain in attendance during these sessions.

November:3rd: 10th;17th; 24th;

December: 1st

Excluding 20th and 27 October 2018

Training Time: 11am - 12pm
