What to wear: LPN HOODY/ LPN T-SHIRT must be worn to all sessions

Footwear: Girls must wear sports trainers to session (converse and plimsolls are not suitable)

Waterbottles: Girls must bring a waterbottle to every session.

November; 5th; 12th; 19th (last 30 minutes outdoors); 26th (last 30 minutes outdoors)

December; 3rd

 *Boot Sale occurs the 1st Sunday of the month no onsite parking.

Training Time: 11.15am -12.30pm * THIS IS A CHANGE FROM SUMMER TERM 2017
