What to wear: LPN HOODY/ LPN T-SHIRT must be worn to all sessions

Footwear: Girls must wear sports trainers to session (converse and plimsolls are not suitable)

Waterbottles: Girls must bring a waterbottle to every session.

Bold dates will take place at Ricards Lodge (Lake Rd, Wimbledon, London SW19 7HB access from Leopold road)

 

Training Time: 9am- 10.15am
