BALL SKILLS FUNDAMENTALS

This course will prepare players to be comfortable with the ball and provide players with exercises to practice at home.

* one and two handed control of the Ball.

* Getting around a defender

* Feeding - where to place the ball away from the defender.

* under pressure how can i get deliver a pass accurate.
